With 30 years of reform and opening to the world, China has quickly accumulated tremendous riches that makes the national power boost up and the international status further improved. Meanwhile, as the man who has experienced these 30 years, I have found there are 20 changes, concerning Chinese life style, view of value and interpersonal relationship, occurring in China in these 30 years, summarized as follows and sure that will go on with the future.

1. In the past time when we met each other on certain occasion, we used to say concernedly: " Hi, how are you? Have you had your breakfast/dinner?", but now changed: "Hi, how are you? No see for a long time, Have your moved your house?", some one even say, for fun: "Have you divorced?"

2. Annual divorced population has increased but married population decreased greatly. It is strange the re-married are increased also.

3. Before "One-Birth Control Policy", people hoped to have more births and sons were better, because sons were not only labours but also could carry on the family line and they believed: the more sons, the more blessings. But now nobody is willing to have more children, most will say one is enough.

4. There were many selfless people in the past time in China but now the more developped, the more corruption, and the worse the moral characters are.

5. The sexual diseases, such as syphilis, aids etc., have increased year by year.

6. I miss the relationship between neighbours or relatives very much but now it becomes cold, especially in the city some neighbours are never in contact with each other.

7. The young farmers are not willing to plant farm, prefer to go to the city to join the simple labouring jobs, some can achieve and get some money, some fail to get job but are not willing to return home, so have to continue staying in the city with nothing to do, thus become the hidden toruble of the city.

8. Many people didn't like to get loan from the bank to purchase house in the city, thus be debtor, but now almost all the young people are debtors for the house.

9. The retired grandpa or grandma knows how to buy or sell stocks thus get a little money to buy vegetables and food every day, let alone the young people, many of them have their own laptop, cell phone and special gadget for stock sales. The stock is one of the hottest topics now.

10. Many young people are wild about running new company rather than go to work in others' company.

11. In the past time the employment rate was very high, it was because of the poor mechanisation and automation, additionally there were many "empty" positions or occupations in the government deparments or state-owned companies, but now the situation has greatly changed with the reform going, the unemployment rate become higher than before.

12. People are free and open than before in sex, so rapists have much reduced.

13. The human rights and free speech have been greatly improved, those described by western media are not right.

14. Weather in summer becomes hotter than before.

15. Food structure's change has resulted so many fatty children both in the city and the countryside.

16. Gifts are also different from the past time when most were goods such as cigarette, wine, distilled spirit, food, pen, umbrella, bag etc., now is simple, one envelope with money in it for any purpose.

17. With living condition improved, more people begin to pay attention to health, sports, exercise and travel are welcome.

18. Almost nobody now writes a letter and send to the mail box, email, sms and cell phone are fashionable even in the countryside.

19. Debit card, credit card, IC card etc. are more popular than cash now.

20. In the past time China was a country of bicycles, however, more and more private cars are increasing the environmental pollution and traffic congestion.
