When you receive the Seal you will see the sign of climate change as the sign of the end-times. The recent inclement weather in China is an example of what is already happening as the climate changes. In January and February 2008 China has had a cold spell with lots of snow and freezing rain and other dangerous weather conditions. Many people have died because of the extreme cold and excess snow.

This is the coldest weather reported in 100 years by some standards, measuring how many days the weather was at or below freezing temperatures. People in southern China are not well-prepared for such a cold snap.

China has had to use over half a million soldiers and over 1.5 million policeman to help rescue people and control the crowds of needy and upset people, many without electrical power. This inclement weather is a product of climate change. But, you may ask, how can global warming produce cold temperatures like this? Global warming did not produce the cold temperatures.

But global warming delivered everything that went along with the cold temperatures to make for a huge disaster in China. Global warming has greatly increased the amount of snowfall that came with the cold. Global warming is implicated in the increase in droughts and floods. Blizzards can be included with floods whenever the weather cools enough. And global warming is thought to be caused by pollution.

"Greenhouse gases" like carbon dioxide are polluting the air in ever-increasing amounts. These gases are said to trap in the heat of sun in the atmosphere like a greenhouse, not letting as much heat escape.

Temperatures on earth have risen steadily now for 10 to 20 years. If the increases do not seem too dramatic, they really are where nature is concerned. The rising temps have upset the delicate balance of life on earth.

And this is what Jesus Himself predicted. He told His disciples what the end of the world would be like. He told them the simple parable of the fig tree: when the fig tree blossoms you know that summer is near. Jesus likened the end-times to a "summer." And now most scientists agree that the end of the world is rapidly approaching as a summer. Global warming is turning the other seasons into summer.

While the Chinese government struggles to keep order and help its people survive, huge numbers of Chinese factories and coal-fired power plants are dumping millions of tons of greenhouse gases into the atmosphere.

China has pledged significant amounts of money on finding clean sources of energy. Nevertheless, pollution is increasing with each day that passes. And the earth is warming, throwing nature out of balance. When you are sealed you will see the sign of the end-times in global warming. And you will prepare yourself accordingly. What do you need to do? You need to be reconciled with God.

When you are sealed you will be reconciled with God when you see the end-times approaching. And even if you already believe in God you can always get closer to Him. You will get closer to God when you receive the Seal.
